As a guest of Lasaretti Hotel you are naturally entitled to use our fitness centre with its wide range of professional exercise equipment.

You are also welcome to use the sauna and the swimming pool in the mornings and evenings. What makes the pool especially fascinating is the view through the window: the dam of the Merikoski power plant makes it seem as if the surface of the Oulu River, which flows just past the hotel, is at the exact same level as the surface of the pool. Guests have access to a wide selection of exercise equipment that can be used in the pool, and on Saturdays guests are welcome to attend our aqua aerobics class.

We also hire Nordic walking sticks for guests who want to take in their surroundings in a more exotic manner. The nearby beach is another nice place for a swim – in wintertime, it is the most popular winter swimming spot in Oulu.
