First, there is Lasaretti’s SFS-EN ISO 9002:2000 certified quality system, and second, there are the valued escutcheons which the international gastronomic society, Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, has awarded to Lasaretti in recognition of the high quality of its food and its respect for first-rate cuisine.

Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is a France-based international society which operates in around one hundred countries worldwide.
