Hotel Lasaretti - reservation terms and conditions for individuals

Non-guaranteed arrival
The reservation will remain valid until 6 pm on the day of arrival, unless a later arrival time has been guaranteed by credit card.

Guaranteed arrival
If the arrival time is after 6 pm, a credit card guarantee is required. The credit card holder will be responsible for the room charges if the room reservation is not cancelled before 6pm on the day of arrival or in case of no-show.

Check-in time / check-out time
Guests are invited to check-in from 3 pm on the day of arrival and are required to vacate their rooms by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Cancellation
Room reservations may be cancelled free of charge by 6 pm local time on the day of arrival. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged for guaranteed reservations.

Payment method
Payment by cash or credit card upon the arrival. The reservation is confirmed by credit card when arrival.

• The hotel has a right to require for prepayment
• The hotel has a right to free the reserved rooms if the prepayment is not paid by duedate

Room number: over 10 rooms:
• Cancellation can be made 4 weeks before arrival date
• Max 50 % of the rooms can be cancelled 2 weeks before arrival
• Max 10 % of the reserved rooms can be cancelled 1 week before arrival
• Namelist of the guests must be sent to the hotel 7 days before arrival
• Late show and no-show: The accumulator pays the total price of the first night. If the hotel manages to sell the rooms, there is no need for payment. The hotel has the right to charge for all of the rooms that remains no-show.
